MSCs separated & harvested by the Bone Marrow MSC Separation Device were cultivated and surface markers were analysed at 11 days post-cultivation. The results showed that the cells harvested expressed MSC markers (CD29; CD73; CD90; CD105; CD166), as do the cells harvested by density dependent centrifugation.
Also the cells were negative for monocyte (CD14); haematopoietic cell (CD34); leukocyte (CD45) markers.
