Kaneka announced the winners of Kaneka OLED Design Competition 2010

Kaneka Corporation held “Kaneka OLED Design Competition 2010” whose theme was “unconventional lighting objects to illuminate attractive bars in Japan”, and announced the winners of the competition and on February 15th 2011. 496 works were applied, and Ms. Ayako Morita won the grand prize. Her work ”Pieces of Light” will be fabricated with real OLED panels, and exhibited at Milan Salone in April. The details of the results can be found at www.kanekaoled.jp .

OLED could change the way of designing lighting and could change the atmosphere of residence. We expect the winners will keep working hard on OLED design and contribute to the success of OLED lighting.
