Kaneka Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Fujii) has decided to terminate its contract with Toagosei Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hidenori Kobuchi) for the consignment of the production of polyvinyl chloride at the end of December 2025, and to restructure a system for the most advantageous production in-house.January 15, 2025
We will continue a stable supply for the consignment manufacturing products by increasing the capacity of the Takasago Manufacturing Site (Hyogo) and the Kashima Manufacturing Site (Ibaraki), which are production locations for polyvinyl chloride resin.
