Kaneka Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Fujii) will revise the sales price for impact modifiers (product names: Kane Ace B, Kane Ace M and Kane Ace FM), processing aids (product name: Kane Ace PA) and heat resistance resins (product name: Kaneka Telalloy) for shipments on and after July 22 as specified below.July 3, 2024
The prices of main raw materials such as BD (butadiene) monomer, MMA (methyl methacrylate) monomer and BA (butyl acrylate) monomer have increased. In addition, logistics costs and other expenses are also rising, putting significant pressure on business earnings.
We have been working to improve profits by reducing costs, but the scope is far beyond what we can absorb, and we have determined that this price revision is necessary for stable supply in the future.
